All photographs and videos produced by Danarus Photostudio remain the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of the studio under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, with clients receiving a non-exclusive licence for personal use only; commercial use, resale, redistribution, licensing, modification, or editing is strictly prohibited unless a commercial licence or full copyright ownership is purchased separately and confirmed in writing before delivery. Session duration is strictly limited to the time stated in the chosen package, and any extra hours or overtime must be requested and mutually agreed upon in advance or on the day, subject to availability and additional charges. Danarus Photostudio retains full creative control over shooting style, editing, colour grading, and final image selection, and while client preferences may be considered if shared in advance, all artistic decisions remain with the studio. The studio reserves the right to use images or videos for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless the client submits a written opt-out request before the session.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service, and Danarus Photostudio is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, late arrivals, or lack of cooperation. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Danarus Photostudio Privacy Policy, and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
